If something is buffering, freezing, skipping, missing subtitles, or refusing to play, this page explains the best way to report it and what details help most.

Report In Discord

- Useful if you already have a direct way to reach me
- Good for sending follow-up details or screenshots
- Include the same details you would normally post in Discord
Discord is still the most reliable reporting option, especially for faster visibility and updates.
How To Submit A Good Report
Section titled “How To Submit A Good Report”Say Where It Happened
Name the device and app or browser, such as Fire TV, Roku, Chrome, Safari, or Jellyfin.
Name The Title
Include the exact movie or show. For shows, include the episode or season if relevant.
Describe The Problem
Explain what happened as clearly as you can, and add a screenshot if there is an error message.
Common Problems You Might See
Section titled “Common Problems You Might See”Buffering Or Stuttering
The video starts, but pauses often, loads slowly, or stops every few seconds.
Black Screen Or Infinite Loading
The title opens but never starts properly, or the screen stays blank.
No Audio Or Audio Problems
Sound is missing, delayed, out of sync, or only one audio track seems to work.
Subtitle Problems
Subtitles are missing, incorrect, out of sync, or do not appear on a specific device.
Skipping Or Early Ending
An episode or movie jumps ahead, exits early, or behaves strangely during playback.
Device-Specific Issues
Something works in one app or device but not another, such as the browser working while Fire TV fails.
Details To Include
Section titled “Details To Include”Helpful Details
- Device: Fire TV, Roku, iPhone, Android phone, Chrome on Windows, and so on
- App Or Browser: Jellyfin app, Safari, Chrome, Roku client, Fire TV app, and so on
- Title: The exact movie or show, and episode details if needed
- What Happened: Buffering, black screen, no sound, subtitle issue, app crash, and so on
- Scope: Whether the issue affects one title or everything you try
- Screenshot: Especially useful if there is an error message or unusual screen
Quick Checks Before Reporting
Section titled “Quick Checks Before Reporting”Refresh Or Reopen
Refresh the page or fully restart the app before reporting the issue.
Try Another Title
This helps show whether the issue is one file or a larger playback problem.
Test A Browser
If possible, try the same account in a web browser to compare behavior.
Check Server Status
Review the Server Status guide in case the issue is service-wide.
